Almost a month before its official release, leaked physical copies of Assassin’s Creed Shadows are out in the wild in the US.
This means that players looking forward to the game will need to be vigilant against spoilers. Some people have a nasty habit of ruining a game’s story for clout, attention, money, or whatever reason.
Unauthorized Copies Of Assassin’s Creed Shadows Are Being Sold Online
Our sister site,TheGamer has posted an imageof someone selling multiple physical copies of Assassin’s Creed Shadows at $100 apiece. The listing has since been removed, and how many people bought the game at that price is unknown.
If that’s not enough,VGChas mentioned that one Twitter/X user bought the game on Facebook Marketplace and posted photos of its box and installation screen. This was followed by photos and videos of the title being played. Those have been removed as of press time, and the uploads on Imgur have since been removed as well.
Some brave streamers even showed off the game on Twitch streams, though those have also been pulled.
Needless to say, this retail copy leak is the real deal, which means spoilers will be littering the internet in a few hours.
