As always, Donald Trump supporters, including Tesla owner Elon Musk criticized Harris’ answers, with Musk specifically pointing out her immigration policy.

With only a few weeks left for elections, the Democratic and Republic nominees have been campaigning hard. While Republican candidate Donald Trump has appeared on a few podcasts, rallies, and interviews, the Democratic Party’sKamala Harrisrecently sat down with Bill Whittaker on CBS’60 Minutes.

The interview was Harris’ most prominent media appearance and talk since her nomination and Whittaker seemed to have grilled her with hard-hitting questions on economic policy, handling of immigration, and USA’s relationship with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Harris reportedly said that the American and Israeli people had an important alliance (viaCBS).

Donald Trump Reportedly Backed Out Of A60 MinutesInterview

Donald Trumphas had an interesting campaign this year. After two alleged assassination attempts and onboarding supporters like Elon Musk, he seems to be on par with his Democratic counterpart. However, while his supporters bashed VP Kamala Harris for her appearance on60 Minutes, the former President reportedly backed out of it.

THRreported that Trump backed out of the interview at the last minute after accepting the offer once. According toThe Guardian, the Trump campaign reportedly gave CBS multiple explanations for his exit, including that he did not want to be fact-checked. Harris said in the interview,
